• Our Friends ship their items directly to you to ensure you receive the freshest product. And Lundberg products always ship direct from our Farm. 

Can I buy the sauce separately? 

Yes, but from the company directly. Most of the companies sell them in gift packs on their site or through other online retailers. 

Can I use this with another product? 

Absolutely! 

Can I substitute a different rice or sauce or product?

No, these bundles are sold as is and there isn’t a way for our system to change a product out.

How did you choose the types of rice to go in the bundles? 

We worked with the companies to understand how their products are used and based off that we paired with the most general, popular and most traditional also chose the most general, popular options. 

Will you be doing this with other products of yours?

Yes, eventually we may include rice cakes and/or rice chips and other partnering brands!

What is the shipping situation?

Once ordered, you will receive two separate shipping notification emails - one from Lundberg and another from our partner company.

Who helps with shipping issues or product issues?

We can help with an issue pertaining to our products and we can contact the other company on behalf of the customer. The other company will take over and resolve the issue from there.
