How do I access my account?
Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account if you don’t already have one – Be sure to use the same email address that purchased your membership. Consider this your home base for all things Rice Nerds Club — you can view account information, redeem credits and update payment details.
Is the All Access Pass a recurring charge?
Yes. Members pay $24 each year for access to the Rice Nerds Club. The membership will auto-renew annually until you decide to cancel. You can cancel your membership’s auto-renewal at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at hello@lundberg.com.
There are no termination fees or hidden costs associated with cancellation, though all purchases of the membership are final. If canceled, your membership will still remain active through the current billing period.
Is there anywhere my perks are not valid?
Perks do not apply to the purchase of the membership itself.
How do I redeem my credits?
At Checkout, you'll see any credits available in your account. You can choose the amount you'd like to redeem and your credit balance will automatically be deducted when you complete checkout.
Do my credits ever expire?
Yes, earned credits will expire after 90 days.
How do I access my free shipping perk?
Free shipping is only available during the same transaction as your membership purchase so shop away! All other purchases are subject to the standard free shipping threshold of $65.
How do I redeem my free product when I become a member?
Your FREE surprise gift is automatically added to your cart when you sign up for the Rice Nerd Membership.
How do I take advantage of my sneak peaks, free samples and early access?

Unfortunately, the Rice Nerds Club and it's benefits are only available for folks in the United States (except for Hawaii and Alaska). We do apologize for any inconvenience.
