I received the wrong items. What do I do?
Check your order online to make sure it is indeed wrong. Note what it should be and what was received. Take photos and please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right!
I am missing some items. What do I do?
Check your tracking to make sure there isn't another package on it's way. Sometimes they arrive on different days!
If order is still missing some items, note the items and please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to replace the item(s) or issue a refund.
Refund Policy
We think our products are rice-tastic! And while we're not able to accept product returns back to the farm, if your purchase leaves you less than happy please reach out to Customer Service with your order number and we'll work to make it right!
All Merchandise Sales Are Final - Because we're donating the profits to our friends at California Waterfowl Association, we aren’t able to accept returns on any of our merchandise.
If your purchase was not made through our online store, please return it back that retail location or online shop.
