I never received my order. What do I do?
First, check the shipment status of your order through the tracking information we provided in your Shipping Confirmation email. Note that larger orders may be sent in multiple boxes and may arrive on different days. Please be sure to check the individual tracking info for each shipment. We also recommend that you check back doors, side doors and check with neighbors.
If it’s more than 2 days past the stated delivery date then please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right!
My order says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it. What do I do?

We also recommend that you check back doors, side doors, near your mailbox and check with neighbors.

My order arrived damaged.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Please contact us as soon as possible. Let us know your name, your order number, and the damaged item(s) you received — photos are appreciated! We will be happy to replace the item(s) or issue a refund.

We think our products are rice-tastic! And while we're not able to accept product returns back to the farm, if your purchase leaves you less than happy please reach out to Customer Service with your order number and we'll work to make it right!
All Merchandise Sales Are Final - Because we're donating the profits to our friends at California Waterfowl Association, we aren’t able to accept returns on any of our merchandise.
If your purchase was not made through our online store, please return it back that retail location or online shop.
